In the production workshop of Guanhua Precision Mold Co., Ltd., teachers and students learned in-depth about the manufacturing process of precision mold accessories such as thimbles, stitches, flat tips, guide columns, guide sleeves, and high-precision shaft sleeves that the company mainly produces. Xia Fuhua, general manager of Heping County Guanhua Precision Mold Co., Ltd., introduced in detail how automation equipment plays a key role in the production and processing of these products, including automatic loading and unloading systems, CNC machine tools, robots, etc., and demonstrated how automation technology can significantly improve production efficiency and product quality.
